KEEN OFFSHORE ENGINEERING (KOE) was founded in 2007, with its head office located in Foshan, Guangdong province, southern China. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and servicing mechanical and hydraulic equipment for various offshore self-elevating vessels. Our product range includes VFD rack and pinion jacking systems, cylinder and pin jacking systems, fixation systems, offshore wind installation tools, and other customized offshore engineering solutions.

 As one of China’s leading owners of wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs), KOE currently operates three self-owned WTIVs. The largest vessel features a leg-encircling crane with a capacity of 1,200 tons, giving us a deep understanding of the design requirements and operational limits of jack-up vessel equipment.
